We can do laser engraved logo, as well as silk screen logo and bronzing logo and so on. We have two different machines for laser engraving of aluminum alloy material and plastic material. The logo engraved by aluminum alloy laser engraving is white, and the plastic is gray.
The laser engraved logo can only be made in one color, not in color. Moreover, whether it is a white or gray logo, the effect on different product colors is different, such as aluminum alloy, black machine It is obvious on the machine, but on the silver or gold machine, the color is very light, and the effect is not obvious.
If you want the logo in other colors, you can use silk screen printing. Before printing, we need to make a silk-screened steel plate. This steel plate can only print one color at a time. Like our stamp, it prints the logo on the machine. One stamp cannot be colored too many colors. Of course, it can be printed through two Color adjustments are made in the second printing, but this is time-consuming and labor-intensive. We have our own printing room and printing machines.
The other is bronzing. If you want this kind of logo, you need to open a set of logo molds, and the cost is relatively expensive.
If what you want is a laser engraved logo, we can engrave the logo for you for free, because we are our own machine, you only need to provide us with your logo file, but if you want a silk screen logo, we Need custom silk-screened steel plates, and a plate is about $50. Of course, if your quantity has reached 500, we can also make silk screen logo for you for free. If your quantity is less than 500, we will need to charge you $50.
If it is a bronzing logo, this will be much more expensive, because a mold for making a logo is required, and the cost of a mold is about $200, plus the printing cost of each product, which will be higher than the two kinds of printing just introduced. Many, and the most important point is that if you want to make a bronzing logo, the minimum order quantity of the product must reach at least 1000-2000. If the quantity is too small, the cost for the factory is also very high, and it may even face losses.
